At Union Binding Company, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your setup. If your bindings aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused bindings, hardware, and accessories back into their original Union box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
